Winwick Hall Ice Fizz:

It sparkles with life from the moment it is poured, with fast and furious tiny bubbles packed with flavour and aroma.

It develops after the natural secondary fermentation of the grapes grown on the Winwick Hall Estate.

The vines are meticulously tended by Richard, our master viticulturist - the grapes grown are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

The grapes are harvested late in the season, immediately after the first hard frost.

It is light, crisp and fresh with balanced acidity giving a smooth pleasant taste without excessive sweetness.

Wine experts have described it as a young masterpiece…..we are proud to agree!
